Overall really good run although I did not run the full twenty. 15 seemed good enough today with a total week of 47 miles. I also ran a little harder than I should have for the first 10 mile loop finishing up at 8:24 pace. After the run I was tired and still feel fatigued but realize that I am not far from the 20 mile run and being well below sub 9. This is very encouraging as I want my marathon to 3:40:00 pace.
