TEMPERATURE: mid 60's
COMMENTS: David and I had a good run this morning. I felt a little sluggish after the 150 of bike miles the past two days. First mile was very slow 9:28. Then we ran a little faster pace the rest of the working between 8:05 and 8:35 pace.
