COMMENTS: This morning ran with Dale at the running group. We were talking about taking it easy but ended up running pretty hard the last 3 for sure. Our splits were:

Hopefully this won't kill us for the long run on Sat. But it feels nice to pull out some 7's and one sub 7 pace miles. My cold is getting better and I am eating before running (bowl of oatmeal) seems give me a little energy to run from.
