with 1:00-1:30 ME surges (which were probably more like HME) each mile after mile 3, except when I bumped into Keith, Michelle and a guy named Darren and ran 2 miles with them between 7 and 9. Great, weather, great run. I guess I'll call it a long run since it was done in long run style.
