Notes

Ankles aren't as sore when starting off any more, I guess I'm getting adjusted to the slight incline. 4 miles seems manageable, only problem is finding enough time in the day for it. (Yeah, I know... run faster and it will take less time!) I bumped up the speed at 3, 3.5, 3.75, and 3.9 miles to finish strong.
