Planned on going further but I had to take a dump so cut it short. It was an EMERGENCY. First day of second semester so I had a bunch of busy work all day. Tomorrows a lighter day school wise so if the legs are feeling up to it, I’ll do leg day and a longer run.
As a side note, I used to log all my lifting. I don’t feel like logging all of that now but I’m doing a basic PPL routine. I always do the lifts before the run. So remember, even if you don’t see the lifting logs, I’m probably putting up more weight than Josh every day 😘
