Notes

Last couple of runs from last week left me with some shin tenderness in a very specific spot. I've been noticing it over the past few weeks and it usually subsides after a few days rest. Decided not to push for mileage this week and make this a down week hence the no running in the past couple of days. Did this run nice and easy on the treadmill after deadlift day. Felt very easy and no shin pain. When I press on the spot there's still some tenderness though. Just gonna take the rest of this week light.
