Tempo part of the workout. I did this workout after taking my biochem test that I definitely failed, so I had a lot of pent up rage. Went to CRCE with Cody, and I unleashed my fury on the treadmill. Did 3 miles for the tempo, and did 3x3 minute intervals @ 5:30 w 75 second jogging rest. Felt sooooo good to do this workout pissed off because I did not feel the least bit tired during any part. Afterwards I went out for Eli's 21st birthday, which was fun.
