My heart rate was not coming down after the 3K. Probably because of the caffeine. Probably not good for me. I sat down and waited for my heat. Heat 6 came faster than I thought but I just told myself its a 400. Anyone can push a 400. My heat was Cody, Jarod, Jordan, and myself. Went out in the lead by 100m in, and focused on just swinging my arms and pushing. Last 100m, I could hear people yelling "Get him Cody!" That scared me. I wanted to win this heat. I was giving it my all, and just outleaned Cody on the line. 58. 66% of the triple crown accomplished.
