Today is Mia's birthday, so she went out and hammered a 5 mile loop by our apartment and averaged like 7:05 with her last two miles sub 6:40. Being the supportive boyfriend I am, I decided to go out in the afternoon and do the same loop with a 7:01 average and a 6:26 last mile. King shit. Anyway, tonight we've got dinner reservations at the top of the John Hancock building and then I reserved half a bar and invited a bunch of her friends. Pretty excited. Two blocks away is Connor's birthday, so hopefully everyone will get to link up. I've got to drive down to Urbana early tomorrow to get there in time for my brothers graduation, and then drive back up in time for Chris Kennedy's Christmas rager. Should be a fun (tiring) weekend.
