wanted to start off by swimming 10 x 100 yard on 1:55, with about a minute recovery between each. Went out WAY too fast to begin, then stopped after 3 intervals.

1 - 1:47

2 - 1:56

3 - 2:02

after that, just swam easy the rest of the way, no more breaks.
