in actuality, did

3 tempo miles @ 7:08 pace (hr = 172, 178, 178)

at that point, knew my hr was too high, so did 1 mile recovery (9:15, hr = 166)

1 tempo mile @ 7:08 pace (hr = 175)

1 mile cool down @9:05 (hr = 164)
