COMMENTS: Per FIRST plan, was to do five 1k repeats @ 7:20 pace. Wound up doing 4 @ 7:19, with 400m running and walking RIs. Didn't do 5, b/c at end of 4th, felt a little something in right knee. Quarter mile cool down.
