interval session. Went in with the idea of doing 10 x 100 yards, trying to swim each 100 in 1:45 or less, but didn't know how feasible this would be (either the 1:45 goal or the 10 sets goal). Turned out to be a little tiring, so called it quits after 6 intervals (600 yards), and ended with 3 laps of easy swimming cool down.
1st 100 - 1:32 (wow - was surprised to go this fast - 46 seconds per lap!)
2nd - 1:38
3rd - 1:44
4th - 1:45
5th - 1:44 (10 lap split = 8:27)
6th - 1:46
Took roughly a 90 second break between each 100...
3 lap cool down (swam these nice and "easy" - felt slow, but they still turned out to be decent times):
lap 13 - 54
lap 14 - 56
lap 15 - 60
w/ pull buoy...
