every time did the monster loop, with 1 detour on the stick. For the most part, tried to keep my heart rate low, even on the climbs.
Nice to get an early start for a change!
Didn't take in too many calories (but I had over 600 during the car ride to the park): only about 2.5 bottles of light Gatorade / Carbo-Pro, so maybe about 650 calories. And 1 banana.
