Notes

15 Minute warmup, 4x15 second pickups with 10 seconds rest. 2 minutes easy. 15x1 minute with 30 seconds rest, descend 1-5, 6-10, 11-15 (really only did 11-13). Warm down 15 minutes spinning easy. HARD to get my heart rate up to 185 as workout called for.
