COMMENTS: 1 mile warm up @ 9:13. Then 1 mile @ 7:24. 2 minute, 30 second walking RI. Then 1 mile @ 7:24. 2 minute, 30 sec walking RI. Fell a bit short on last interval, only did .7 miles (instead of 1), but for the last .15 miles, really upped the pace - close to 6:00 at end. Short walking RI, then last .85 miles @ 9:30 pace.
