COMMENTS: 1 mile warm up @ 9:13. Then 10 x 400m repeats @ 7:08 pace, with 400m jogging RIs @ 10:00 pace. Did 1st interval faster (7:03 pace). Also did last interval progressively faster - ending at 6:30 pace. Half mile cool down @ 9:13 pace, did last half mile "cool down" at sub 8:30 pace.
