Swam 32 laps continuously - no warm up, no breaks. When I started, I thought I'd shoot for 10 laps b/f taking a break. After 10 laps, was still feeling good, so decided to go for 15, then 20, 25, then 32. Didn't really slow down that much - was able to maintain a pretty consistent pace throughout.

10 laps in 10:26 - or avg pace of 62.5 seconds per 50m

15 laps (750m) in 15:51, or avg pace of 2:06 per 100m

20 laps in 21:33 - or avg pace of 64.6 seconds per 50m (so slowed down a little)

30 laps (1500m) in 32:32 - or avg pace of 2:10 per 100m

32 laps in 34:45 - or avg pace of 65.2 seconds per 50m, or 2:10 per 100m, or 1:59 per 100 yards...
