Notes

Thought this would simply be a recovery day, run at a relatively slow pace, due to yesterdays 100k bike. My heart rate said definitely, so I gradually started upping the pace throughout:

Splits:

1 - 9:02 (hr = 132)

2 - 8:56 (hr = 137)

3 - 8:43 (hr = 142)

4 - 8:38 (hr = 143)

5 - 8:38 (hr = 144)

6 - 8:35 (hr = 145)

bathroom break

7 - 8:23 (hr = 143)

8 - 8:23 (hr = 147)

9 - 8:21 (hr = 150)

10 - 7:18 (hr = 163)

for last mile, ran first quarter at 8:22 pace, then did last .75 miles @ 6:58 pace (hr was staying in the mid to high 160s, but crept up to 172 at very end)
