hr monitor was acting up, so I decided to quickly warm up to around an 8:40 pace, and just run that pace for the first 13 miles. Around 1 hour into run, hr monitor started working again, and my hr was right around the low 150s. In the second half of hour #2, started increasing to mid to high 150s. Did last 1.5 miles @ 7:19 pace, hr was right around 175. Did a quarter mile recovery, and last quarter mile @ 7:00 pace - hr high 170s - 180.
ahr of 155 is just a guess...
