Swam 10 50s to warm up. For the next 10 laps, swam mostly 100s. For final 20 laps, did it all continuously - new record! :-)
On my initial 50s, I was doing them consistently in 55 seconds or less (had a few 52s and 53s), and was even doing some of my 25s in about 23 seconds.
