time include breaks...swam with pull buoy
did the first 10 laps as 50s, with 30 -45 second breaks between each. Consistently swam the 50s in about 55 - 57 seconds.
After that, swam mostly 100s, with some 200s thrown in there, and (I think) a 450 at the end. Slowed down a little, doing my 50s in about 70 seconds.
