time includes breaks, including a long 10 minute break when I was talking to a guy in the other lane.
first time swimming with pull buoy - swam all 50s, with 60 second breaks between each. Towards lap 10, I concentrated on not letting my arm drop (almost like a catch-up drill), and felt that really helped with my pull. My time on each 25 dropped from 40 seconds to 30 seconds just by doing that.
