time includes approximately 8 1/2 minutes worth of breaks...

warmed up with 400, then did a mix of 100s, 200s, and one 500. Time for 50m on my longer sets was usually in the 65 - 67 range, although towards the end when I started getting tired I slowed down to around 70 seconds...
