Notes

not a good avg hr for this pace, BUT:

1. had WAY too much to drink the night before with Nick

2. watching 2010 Kona on tv, so I knew that pumped me up and contributed to higher hr. :-)

ran last mile much faster, starting off at 7:30 pace,and ending at 6:18 pace (don't know exact split, but sure it was sub 7:00)

nutrition:

1bottle of Gatorade, 1 bottle of water, 1 GU

right inner ankle "pain" that I've had for a while (pre B2B) wasn't bad at all...felt it a bit during a few short stretches (15 - 30 seconds), but then would go away...
