2 times on the monster loop, then the stick once, then the monster loop 1 last time.
On the first 2 times on the monster loop, I really pushed it going up the hills - managed all of them around 10 - 12 mph. At the end of each loop, raced Nav for the last 2 - 3 miles, just pulling out ahead each time. :-) Doing all of this, of course, REALLY spiked my heart rate.
Was quicker on the stick, too.
But on the last monster loop, my hard efforts caught up to me - my legs were FRIED.
