Was worried I'd have a tough time with this brick workout, since I was out at the Black Cat the prior night and had 4 beers. However, it turned out to be surprisingly easy (maybe because I skipped my Wednesday work-out, thus having a bit of a mini-taper?). Spun in gear 5 initially, and my heart rate was so low (120s) that I upped it to gear 6.
