Goal going into this race was to run it under 7 minutes per mile (i.e. break 43:30). Mission accomplished...barely! :-)
As usual, went out too fast to start, and then held on for dear life the remaining miles.
2nd race running with Mark!
PS Fenty didn't beat me TOO badly (he finished 7 / 140, I was 16 / 140)
