WTF was that?! One of the WORST workouts ever. HR was through the roof! I know I've lost a little fitness since IMAZ, due to the lack of day in, day out training, but this was riduculous. Maybe a sign that I'm coming down with something?
1 mile warm-up : (9:24, 154?!?!)
then a mile and a half tempo (7:19 pace, 8.2 mph) - was supposed to be 4 miles, but I knew early on there was no way that was going to happen: (hr = 179????)
half mile cool down (10:00 pace, 171???)
