COMMENTS: Time in zone = 1 hour, 11 minutes! Avg heart rate in zone = 148. Felt pretty good throughout run. Did a lot of stretching of ITB before run. Seemed easier than the 15 mile run at marathon pace a couple of weeks ago. Didn't really feel my right knee during run - seemed like I felt it more during my walking cool down. But then stretched, and felt ok again.
