Not calling this a PR, since Garmin says I ran 3.05 miles, and I doubt this course was officially certified. Based on my kick at the end, I think had this actually been 5k, my finish time would have been around 20:30.
Average hr was 2 beats less than last 5k (Crystal City 5k - August), but I think that's because it was so warm and humid that day (not to mention I wasn't feeling so good that day).
Some long gradual uphills and downhills on this one. The downhills were awesome. The uphills...not so much!
Also seems strange that I hit my max hr so early on in the race, as opposed to the end (as is usually the case), so it's always possible that could have just been a blip.
