getting easier by the day...
this time started off with 100 yards
then swam a mix of 50s and 100s
rest time between intervals was much less than prior 2 swims, which is a good sign...
For most of the 100s, I wasn't slowing down too badly on the second lap, but on my last 100 (laps 16 & 17), my last lap was 70 seconds..
w/ pull buoy...
