left achilles feeling more sore than usual (probably from hill run w/ Nav on Saturday, followed by semi-hilly run with Patty on Tuesday), so at the last minute decided to play it safe and just do a 2 mile run to maintain my streak
1 - 8:38 (hr = 130)
2 - 7:56 (hr = 143)
have got to do better with doing the stair stretch for achilles - not just after my run, but 1 - 2 time during the day as well...
