COMMENTS: 1 mile easy warm up. Then six 800m repeats @ 7:13 pace. 90 sec jogging break b/t intervals 1 & 2, but thereafter each RI was a 90 sec walking break. Did last 400m of interval six at sub 7:00 pace.
