took 65 minutes to get to Ashburn - 16.85mph avg speed. Fought a HUGE headwind the entire time, and some crosswinds too.
took 53:45 to get back to Vienna - 20.37mph avg speed. AWESOME tailwind! :-)
Garmin avg hr said 157, but I had some spikes for the first 4 miles, so think avg. was more like 153 - 155.
