Notes

two long hills - The first I tried to keep up with Julie and Dani. Second one kinda lost it. It is this part of the season I just feel really hungry, kinda worn out when I do workouts. I think this is a good sign I feel this way because once we start tapering that should have more of an impact on me. I m excited to see how the meet Friday goes. We have def built some momentum, and I thought everyone on the team worked really hard today.
