Notes

Well considering I have not ran in awhile that felt pretty good. I m out of shape, but I ll get back into it. I have a little bit of March, April, and May to get into good enough shape to have a strong summer. I was really beginning to hate running back in November so I feel like this break was good because I now am focusing on the positives of it. How well you do in running has a lot to do with training , background, ability, and being a good shape. I m fairly confident that I ll get back into a good spot , and progress from there. I might do a road race or something at some point just to get into that pattern of racing as well.
