Notes

2x1200 and 4x800. I was really glad Julie was there and feeling well. She was a huge help with getting through the workout. On those 1200 I thought Syd Julie and I did a good job of pushing each other. I feel pretty fatigued but I knew that was going to happen. I think on Monday's during class and work I need to constantly be eating and drinking water. I think that will help and I had a starbucks this morning I think that dehydrated me. Feeling like shit or not your best could happen on conference day so I need to know how to deal with it. Luckily, I feel very fortunate I have the teammates I do because I could not have done this workout on my own today.
