4x1200. I thought this was a pretty solid workout. Syd pushed me to the next level, as did Molly. I was feeling a little burnt out the last 1200, and then Molly gave me some encouragement and I got up to Syd. This would be a good workout to remember and apply to a race. Repetition is the key...
