Glad I hit this time while it is still the month of September. I think I could have pushed harder that last K . I should have gone for it. I think doing the speed work this transition week really helped me. I was able to apply the workouts to the race. I am def pumped for the home meet in two weeks. I know time should not be my main focus but I would love to finally break 26:00 at that meet. I also feel like with two weeks of training I can get closer to my ultimate goal. I think I m on track. I m really looking back on what Jordan Cart did her junior year as well.
