indoor track

Notes

I went on the indoor track today. Did a ten minute warm up, ten minutes of 300 meters on and 300 meters off, ten minutes of running and doing an exercise after 200 meters such as push ups, squats, wall sits, etc, and then a ten minute cool down. This again was a random workout. It was fun and I nice change of pace. I think I m in descent shape and I am looking forward to indoor!
