Felt a little sluggish today. Maybe it was the 20 minutes on the elliptical at the Y last night without eating anything after the workout that made my legs feel heavy. Knee pain, not bad. Trying new IT band stretches and using The Stick roller now. Good things this is a easy week on the schedule.
