COMMENTS: 100% humidity. Ran with Kevin today, and could
not get him to slow down with my heart rate! I hope
I don't regret it as I was well over MAF for most of
the run. Hopefully one time won't make much difference.
Distance was very sketchy as his forerunner didn't work
under much of the coverage (he didn't have his extension
strap so he wore it on his wrist.)
