I took only a couple days off, I missed running too much
4 miles, 8x100 meter strides, 1 mile
4 miles in 27:08 (7:10, 6:57, 6:44, 6:17) 1 mile in 7:18
This brings me back to workouts from over the summer, my leg is still bothering me a bit but it only hurts when I run so I'm gonna keep going unless it gets too bad.
