First I'll type out my splits, it was a 4 mile tempo then 1 mile cool down.
6:22, 6:24, 6:04, 5:59, then 7:28 cool down
I've gotten carried away with speed on runs before but holy shit haha, that run started out too fast and to correct it I sped up, after mile 3 I knew I had nothing to lose so tried to finish under 25:00. Finished the tempo in 24:50.
