Notes

I didn't have a plan for this run except to go 7 miles and to start close to 7:00 pace so it went pretty well. My miles were very consistant after the first few which is my usual expectation. I've never had shin splints as bad as I have them now but I'm gonna keep pushing through. Probably going 4 or 5 tomorrow easy with something faster thursday.

Shin exercises: do the abc's with your feet 3x per day also with 3x50 just normal taps to strengthen shins.
