JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge! They cancelled the 3.5 mile race because of the heat :-( They turned it into a 2mi fun run. I ran it hard any way and I am pretty pleased. I still lack endurance :-( Ran 5:41 and 6:05 for a 11:46. Team Cortland had a great time :-)

Thanks! Our top two guys ran 10:03 and 10:18 with 4:51 and 4:56 opening miles. Crazy huh???? I think the last mile is uphill. I have never been able to run a negative split on that course.
