- humbling; COROS said I was fatigued, but I felt good, for about four miles
- Sherrie hooked up w/ Lindsay from Carmel, and new gal and did 25 miles in 5hrs, 10min
- enjoyed running briefly w/ Amy
- took a good 10-15min break at the Weber aid station
- COROS says I hit 171 bpm just shortly after the one-mile bridge; I think that's a bit off...maybe I'll get a chest strap
- contemplated the five stages of grief; between Dani, Kate and I, we could name all five. Todd said I didn't look angry; I'm pretty sure I'm not bargaining, since I don't know what I have that I could trade in exchange; acceptance is still a work in progress; so that leaves denial and depression...
