Notes
- near perfect day - a tiny bit humid at the beginning, but the temps were wonderful, esp given it's June
- saw Steve and Jen, ran w/ Steve and Jake until School House, though Ashley and I pulled away
- after School House, I ran alone, not able to catch up with Pat Q
- Nick did the aid stations by himself; perfect intervals; tried a electrolyte powder (Huma)- mixed feelings
- some left leg I-band and below the knee issues the last few miles;
- very happy with the overall pace
